5.2 The hosting facilities for our website (powered by Heroic) and Webform service ( Cognito Forms) and Email communication platform ( Active Campaign) are situated in the USA. (b) the period of retention of the content of communications between you and I, and the notes I take during singing lessons will be retained indefinitely for the purposes of my understanding of the common themes of the needs and desires of my clients. However if you wish me to destroy this then I will do so upon request.
(b) the period of retention of your email address and telephone number will be until such time as you request their deletion from my records.
6.4 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

My website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

These are: Active Campaign if you are subscribing to my mailing list via an opt-in form, and Cognito Forms if you are filling out a form.
